Yes, you! Want to learn more about The Renaissance Center and be an important part of a new and exciting venture? Do you want to discover for yourself all that The Renaissance Center has to offer? What better way than to come and volunteer with us.
Whether you’re interested in setting up an art exhibit or taking up tickets in the theatre, come see the action firsthand. You don’t have to be an expert, just someone that wants to help make The Renaissance Center a dynamic place that’s filled with both learning and entertainment opportunities for young and old alike.
Volunteer Opportunities
If you are interested in volunteering in a unique atmosphere where education and entertainment meet and join hands to enrich our community, we are currently developing our list of Renaissance Volunteers. We would be happy to add your name to our team. Hours will be minimal and opportunities optimal.
Ongoing Renaissance Ambassador needs:
- Concerts: (salespersons during concerts for t-shirts and other promotional items; ushers for concerts and performances)
- Performing Arts: (actors, set construction, scenery painting, technical helpers for lights and sound, grips, costume assistants, ushers for performances)
- Learning Lab: (assign lockers to children; new student orientation; update and maintain incentive charts, etc.)
- Visual Arts: (teacher assistance; materials and supply coordination; gallery show preparations; reception hosts)
- Education: (teacher assistants, school trip guides, help center)
