End of semester music recitals begin!

The Renaissance Center announces the culmination of another semester. Each semester the adult and children’s choirs and private students show off their newly honed talents for the community!
Highlighting the accomplishment of The Center’s private students is the Music Students’ Recitals beginning at 1pm on Saturday, May 15th. This event is free and open to the public and features vocal and instrumental music in a variety of genres.
The TRC Children’s Choir Concert is Tuesday, May 18th at 7pm. This concert will feature the Training Choir and the Children's Choir singing a program consisting of spirituals, folk, and patriotic songs. Tickets are $5 and on sale now.
The TRC Community Choir and Chamber Choir Concert will take place on Thursday, May 20th at 7pm. The concert will consist of traditional music at the beginning but will end with an "American Songbook" section featuring songs like "Bridge Over Troubled Water", "Somewhere Over the Rainbow", "He Ain’t Heavy, He’s My Brother" "We’ve Only Just Begun" and a "Beatles Medley." Tickets are $5.
