The Renaissance Center will hold auditions for its professional Repertory Theatre Company’s 2006 season by appointment only beginning at 11 a.m. Jan. 28 in the Performance Hall. Non-equity performers only. Auditions should include two contrasting monologues no more than three minutes total and at least 16 bars of music (be prepared to sing entire piece). Bring sheet music in appropriate key and have a contrasting song prepared, if asked. Provide two head shots and resume. Auditions are for curriculum shows for field trips and evening and weekend shows in the Gaslight Dinner Theatre. The 2006 season will include dinner theatre productions of Driving Miss Daisy, Anything Goes, The Miss Firecracker Contest, Smoke on the Mountain and Christmas My Way: A Sinatra Holiday Bash, and curriculum productions of Honk!, Wiley and the Hairy Man, Aladdin, The Garden of Rikki Tikki Tavi and Red Badge of Courage.
