Renaissance Center’s YES series to audition for Disney’s The Jungle Book Kids March 25

The Young Entertainers on Stage (YES) series at The Renaissance Center in Dickson will hold open auditions for a production of Disney’s The Jungle Book Kids at 9 a.m. Saturday, March 25. More than 20 roles are available for boys and girls in Kindergarten through 12th grade. Auditionees should have 16 measures of a song prepared with the sheet music in the appropriate key or an accompaniment CD. The YES series is a special program of The Renaissance Center’s Theatre Arts Department created to provide performance opportunities for students in plays chosen specifically for and cast only with young actors. Rehearsals will be 3:30-6 p.m. Monday-Friday at The Renaissance Center beginning March 27. Performances of Disney’s The Jungle Book Kids will be 2 p.m. April 29 and 30.
